WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?


Hypnotherapy is a technique that allows us to momentarily silence the Conscious Mind in order to connect directly with the Subconscious Mind, where we may create new ideas and positive thought-patterns to help you in reaching your goals.


When you enter Hypnosis, you enter a state of focused attention or heightened consciousness in which you may begin to remodel learned habits, triggers, and negative associations to bring about instant and permanent improvements.


It's as simple as following along to the sound of my voice to enter a state of hypnosis; it's a wonderfully peaceful and gentle way for healing and personal growth.


Working with your Subconscious is my speciality as a Certified Hypnotherapist, and together we can help you overcome any mental or emotional barriers that are getting in the way of your goals.
