1. Session Structure

• Duration: Sessions last 75–90 minutes and are scheduled in advance.
• Support Between Sessions: Available via Phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp with a 24-hour response time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM).

2. Responsibilities

🔹 Client Responsibilities:

✔️ You acknowledge that hypnotherapy may bring up emotions, memories, or sensations.

✔️ You take full responsibility for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

✔️ You understand that hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

🔹 Practitioner Responsibilities:

✔️ Maintaining client confidentiality (except in specific legal cases).

✔️ Providing professional guidance and support during scheduled sessions.

✔️ Upholding ethical standards and the right to refuse services if necessary.

3. Payment Policy

💳 Payment is required before the first session. No services will be provided without confirmed payment.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

🔹 Rescheduling:

✔️ You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

✔️ Emergencies (illness, urgent matters) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

🔹 Cancellations:

✔️ Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session will result in a lost session.

🔹 Refunds:

✔️ No full refunds will be issued.

✔️ Partial refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the practitioner.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential. However, confidentiality may be waived in the following situations:

✔️ If child or elder abuse is suspected.

✔️ If you pose a danger to yourself or others.

✔️ If a legal court order requires disclosure.
